They got into a car accident a like 3-4 years ago and we’re injured from that so they couldn’t work out for a while and had put on some weight. I think maybe they’re injuries have just gotten better and they can work out again like they once did. That's what I was hoping was the case. He doesn't look emaciated as if he were sick, just a bit gaunt as if he dropped weight really quickly. They are now engaged so it's likely he's been working out for their big day
