Just a routine checkup

Hi guys,

Right now my routine with 1 day 1-2 days off is:

- 2-5 min warmup with warm washcloth
- stretch 3 times 30 seconds to 5 directions
- 200 jelqs
- 15-20 min bathmate

sometimes I use the bathmate on the offday as well. I do kegels inside it.
My goal is to get longer and thicker. I am bone pressed 8x5.2

My priority is girth.

Would you say this is ok? Do I need more exercizes?
