Can we have ONE sticky election poll?

  1. Yes great idea let's have it

    5 vote(s)
    55.6%
  2. No I love wasting my time on silly polls (like this one)

    1 vote(s)
    11.1%
  3. Huh? What election?

    0 vote(s)
    0.0%
  4. What's a sticky pole - is it to do something to do with dirty dancers

    0 vote(s)
    0.0%
  5. Unsure - It's not a poll without a cop out

    1 vote(s)
    11.1%
  6. My brain hurts

    2 vote(s)
    22.2%

Like you stated it's nearly 18 months to go and a sticky poll wouldn't leave room for a vote change should one or more of the candidates self destruct.

Then start another one. How hard can it be....

I reserve the right to post a poll about the next election in every country that's having one in the next 18 months. It's blackmail, but not as we normally know it....

I didn't pick it but I love this one: What's a sticky pole - is it to do something to do with dirty dancers.

MUCH too early! A lot will happen between now and the election! I know that I haven't decided on anyone yet.

Watched CNN briefly last night, there was an article about how insanely early all this political circus has started. I wonder why.

Insanely early, indeed. I figure I'll be tired of it in a month or two.

That's what the thrust of the news item was, that voter fatigue would set in before candidates were nominated and the issues would be forgotten. Apathy risks poor voter selection, a close second to stupidity probably.

What a great idea you have! Counterattack the abundance of political polls with the most pointless of them all.

    Yawn.

    Bump!

All the expert political opinion and informed debate is too overpowering, can we have a temporary forum to contain the endless yakking around a two year long build up for a four yearly event...?

It's like talking heads, without the heads.:tongue:

Yes, this is meant tongue in cheek.

I'm sorry, but I'll have to opt for a greasy pole.

One wouldn't want a recurrence of what happened with the light bulb.:biggrin1:
