Hello everyone I just started with the beginners guide for length. I've managed to do it 2 times, (now today will be the third). So this is what I've done so far: Starting with "warmup" 45-60 jelqs (if that's right?) All Oriental Massage's Is this okey for the first 2 weeks? Thanks
You forgot the cool down afterwards. Its like the warm up but you do it after. And where are the stamina excercizes? How often are you doing your workouts? When do you rest? You could probably move up to 100 jelqs in the second week.
Kegels are an amazing exercise. They, moreso than any girth or length exercise I have done, have helped my sex life. Being able to maintain a harder erection for longer is a gift from God. Do them.
