Ok read a fair bit of stuff about this but wanted some personal examples of the routines (exercises, times session/results) guys similiar in size used to gain that extra bit.
Im 19 6ft uncircumsized slim build, and am naturally 7.6-8" long but only about 5" around for first inch.5, and about 5.3-5.6" from there and getting a lil bigger at base. Aiming for increase of length to about 8.5"(9" at most), but after an increase of midsection girth to about 6.25"(6.5" at most). Im moreso 'oval' shaped then cylindrical with about 1.9" wide, so havent seemed to find if that is a plan changing detail.lol

Pyreal!. Its normal to be bigger at the base. Im wondering if you have any idea about Uli excercises, Sadsak Head excercises etc which help girth gains overall but mostly concentrated towards the glan(head). Lemme know we will take it further from there.

lol yeah not sure on individual names of technique styles . and yeah know about the thicker at base thing.lol
