If I cum 1 to 2 days after I have previously cummed I just don't feel anything. I take L-Arginine, goat weed etc. and all the good vitamins but nothing feels like it used 5 years ago. I am 46. I get horny and think about sex a lot and can cum but I don't get that OMG climactic feeling that I used. Does this mean my sex life will never be the same? I spoke to a guy who is 58 and he told me that he struggles to even get an erection now. I look at people in their twenties and thirties and long to have that feeling of bursting to cum. Even on this site people in their fifties seem to be having a great time. Right now I'm horny but i know if I cum there will be no sensation in my dick and my climax will be weak. HELP!!!

Tools -> report : move my thread to ask a men/ healthy penis.
I can’t help you but in your place I
would conjure all the help I can, have you asked your doctor?
Doesn’t seam to be something physical perhaps something to talk about with your shrink.

Go to your doctor.
I know it is embarrassing, but either man up and do it. But is that really worse than what you are experiencing?

Sounds like you are over thinking and stressing over your orgasms. Stress is a major libido killer.

Relax. Destress. Get plenty of sleep, at least 8 hours a night. Make sure you are drinking plenty of water.

There's a pandemic going on. Everyone it seems is on edge. It's important that you discuss this with your Dr. It's November which means it's men's health awareness month. Go get checked out. Tell your Dr about supplements you take. Be honest with him. Could be something as simple as low testosterone.

When I started wearing a cock ring around it and my balls, the intensity of my orgasms shot right out the roof. I can't put into words how much more intense they are with a ring on vs off. I reach the PONR, but then that period seems to go on forever and when I do cum - WOW.
