    Ok So I have read all the "basic" directions to PE, I have been doing it for three days now, how do i make sure I'm doing it correct.
    Started out with the warm-up in the shower and stretching out, down, side and side. 30 Seconds each way...(should this be longer how many reps in each direction?)

    Next up I do the jelq, for about 15 minutes or so, I havent been exact with counting, should I be? Is 15 minutes not enough time? How long do you guys do it.

    I'm 6.5" long dont know about thick I dont have exact measurements, but i will say after I jelq I'm getting really hard and it looks great... on that note is it bad to rub one out before you have a "cool-down"...I'm just kinda horny all the time, and even "exercising" my cock calls for a good jerk right?
