JUST starting personalized PE, how's this sound so far?

    im going to take new measurements every 2 weeks and keep you all updated

    this is what i am starting at

    Length: 5.25 inches
    Girth: 4.5 inches

    this is what i do

    1. warm up with warm hand cloth

    2. 100 jelqes

    3. stretch it out, up, left, down, and right for 5 seconds.. 3 times

    4. 100 small jelqes (start from base and go halfway up)

    i am trying to do this every other day

    Stamina work is the most important part of your routine. It ensures maximal blood flow, sexual stamina, and control. You can read more about stamina work here.

    towel raises wont really do anything for me because i naturally stand very upright when hard

    Unless you're used to kegeling with weight, I can assure you that towel raises will work your PC like no other exercise. You should also be doing stop and starts to ensure maximum blood flow.

    The stop and start is a stamina exercise. You'll find a detailed description of it and other stamina/strengthening exercises here.

    basically jelqs (im up to 140 now), stretches, squeezes, kegels

    should i be doing more things?

    warm up

    Stretch (tug once, release, then tug and hold it out -> 10times)
    Squeeze 1 (squeeze around base and hold for 15 seconds -> 10times)
    Squeeze 2 (squeeze around base and under head for 15 seconds -> 10times)
    Jelq
    Do some minor stretches
    Kegel
    Warm down

    Anyone got a link for girth increasing exercises only? i had a quick skim thorugh and im guessing i missed the thread..

    You followed this routine to the letter the whole time? If you did, did you at least increase the intensity over time?

    only thing i really increased gradually were the jelqs.. went up by 10 each week

    What about intensity? Did you make the exercises harder to perform as well?
