someone asked to see them. They are from 18 months ago before I was really confined to home/bed. I am leaving them there as a motivation to try to get active as soon as I am well enough.
I do not want to mislead anyone those last two pics were taken when I joined in Sept 06. I am heavier now and need to lose some weight to look like that again. As soon as the doctors get me where I can walk any length of distance it is my goal to look like that again.
BTW, walking is the only exercise I have done since I was in HS. I used to be a power tumbler and in the gym about 12 hours a week up to the age of 14.
