A British TV presenter, very much a bear. For anyone interested, I read an interview with him this weekend in which he revealed that he is circumcised:
Ever spent a night in hospital? Three times. The first time, aged four, I was circumcised. My grandma would tell the story that she came in to see me the day after the op and my doctor said: "Hello Justin, how's your willy?" and I said: "It's fine, thank you, doctor how's yours?"
