I don’t think it has to do with his wife. I mean he’s done a fairly explicit sex scene for Palmer. I think he just doesn’t feel comfortable enough to go fully shirtless on stage, for a video or a photoshoot. I mean he’s fitter now than he was two years ago when those beach pics of him were taken but he’s no Usher nor does he have a particularly ripped and defined body. His arms are his best assets and have been for years, he knows that and is confident to show them. Maybe he likes working out and staying healthy but is just not willing to spend so much time in the gym.

When his body was at its most ripped (2002 - 2011) he kept his clothes on during performances. That’s Usher’s thing and he’s done it for over 25 years. I think it would have come across as him trying to be something he’s not if he suddenly started stripping on stage.

Ironically, Justin’s body was the most ripped when he was on a musical hiatus. He looked incredible in 2011’s Friends With Benefits. But it’s a lot of hard work to maintain a body like that. I think he stays fit to do what he does as a performer and to be healthy - not necessarily because he wants to show off a six pack.

He's never really gone shirtless at his shows, even when he was younger. That picture from the FS/LShow tour was taken right when he was leaving the stage. He threw his shirt towards the crowd (whoever caught it is the luckiest person in the world) as he walked off stage.

He definitely has the body for it, and I think he knows that we love when he does things like that no matter how fit, but I think he simply does not like showing off in that way that much. In 2002, he was asked if he thought he was a sex symbol and he denied it while looking pretty uncomfortable with the question. He's unique.

I agree! Although I wish he’d give us something haha, a photoshoot or maybe another movie in which he has some explicit sex scenes. Just something because it’s been a drought for too long. Especially considering the fact that the only skin showing pics we got in the recent years were taken by paparazzi. He did have a sex scene in Palmer but besides his ass and some chest there was not much showing.

Sex appeal has always been a staple of JT's career, in the unique way he does it: hot choreographies with dancers, theater in the looks and sexy facial expressions he always made.
That only changed a little on the MOTW Tour, so maybe it's fatherhood and not marriage.
On the MOTW Tour the choreographies were less hot and even when he did something sensual, he did it laughing, without the sexy facial expressions that would accompany it.
The only exception was in Filfthy's break dance, he made the biggest dirty face at the end of the choreo while simulating sex or grabbing his dick.

Justin definitely does sexy things on stage without having to take his clothes off lol. Not as risqué as Usher, but he definitely has his moments lol. But you’re absolutely right. I think we can ALL agree that Justin's body looked its best in Friends with Benefits (2011). Before this, he went shirtless in other movie roles, but so much was made of him going nude in this movie because of all the sex scenes. I remember LOVING his chest and abs in this film because they were more muscular/defined than ever. His arms, ass and feet looked so sexy too. I would love to see him tap into this again.
