You have to differentiate Islam, Muslim, Arabs, and muslim countries. Islam and muslim in general do not recognize kingship and kingdom, but arabs and KSA do.
Put simply, no I don't.
Lets separate the things for the sake of your argument you make.
Progressivate gay rights where Islam is the majority mainstream faith?
Progressives gay rights where Muslims make up the statistical majority in said region?
Progressive gay rights in locations where arabs are the statistical majority?
See a pattern emerging yet?
Cue response about Jamaica or Uganda, and Christians. I oppose those atttitutdes and will happily debate those. You probably do too. But the point I'm making here, is why does one faith (arguably the most hostile and dangerous) get a free pass? Get to avoid scrutiny, to the some degree more than others?
My own Country, the UK has taken data on this, and it's not all smiles and rainbows.
We give them freedom, choice, safety more so then their own countries.
They repay us by more than half believing we should be in prison.

Rights can be given. They can be taken away. Prime example being marriage equality in California before the Supreme Court made its choice to support equality. When I'm shouted down for being racist, like the last muppet that spoke - I'm being told I'm not to have an opinion, or to vocalise it at least. What if the gay people that came before us didn't speak out? Would we have the benefits we have today? I'm so disenfranchised in the mainstream gay people of western regions. What the fuck has happened?
