I was used ANDRO PENIS nearly ayear with out any significant results so when iread the ( Beginner"s Pe Routine ) which been writin by ( big al) its inspired me because iwas abody building champion & iknow how much time & experians & hard work its takes to create a(Pe Routine) and its was the best (in my openion ) from many other beginner routine iwas read it in the net in last afew month ago,,
Istarted doing (pe) on 23 /8 /2009
Iwas 3,5 in girth ,,5 in length when im hard
In 29 /9/2009 iwas 4.6 in girth...5,5 in length
= for 1st 2 weeks the routine was so easy for me and ibelive on hard work so idid some cheangs in the routine to have the maximum results,,,
In last im sorry for my weak english writing because my mother tongue is not english
