He’s gay?? Kind of surprised. Just saw him in the film My Partner he was by far the breakout star of that movie. Thought he was acting, but who knew he was playing a role somewhat true to life haha. I was so invested in his story in the film.

Also might say something about me that I thought all the jocks/bullies in that movie were hot as fuck lol. May or may not have started stalking them on Instagram

Could be wrong but I think his main co-star might be gay/queer too. I was a bit surprised too. There are so few Polynesian actors as it is, so I wasn't going in with that expectation

Hi there, first time making an account but I thought I should make one since this guy literally comes up so much in life it’s weird. First, he’s definitely gay or at least shows a lot of interest in men. The amount of times I’ve met gay Asians in the PNW who are somehow being followed by this guy is insane, but he frequently unfollows some of them. You can also scroll through his follower list and definitely see other prominent gay Asians. In my experience, no one has met him but they sometimes chat via insta (used to way more back in the day, but supposedly not so much anymore). Second (this is just a theory), at first I thought he and his coworker, Jayron, from the “my partner” didn’t get along. This was because they never really posted anything together, no interactions via insta comments, kaipo doesn’t even follow him back lol. Well I kept thinking this for like the past 2 years, until Kaipo recently posted he was in NYC in December. Jayron also posted he was there too (a day later). Now they both tagged other friends in their pics, which could mean they were just both there coincidently but idk. Seems off, but im just speculating. It sells for a better story if they were keeping it very discreet. Kaipo isn’t so open about his sexuality on his socials so

Its just the vibes he is giving me, it is super straight. Even his performance in the movie gives me straight vibes. However, even tho he is gay or maybe bi, i dont think he'll be into Jayron. Idk, just my cents.. i just hope to meet Kaipo someday, he is a man of my dreams..

Ok, yeah I came here to say what most people pretty much already figured out. I was on his instagram a few months ago and I was shooketh at some of the "familiar" faces that he follows in IG. I saw this gay dancer and looked him up on IG and low and behold guess who was following! Oh, yeah, I'm....not so sure he's straight
