    Yes, it certainly does help. Take a look at the "penis enlargement" sub-forum, there's plenty of advise there and a decent newbie routine for you to start with.

    I don't currently have a routine, but I used to have a daily kegel routine. What you should aim for is a 5 second hold following a 5 second rest. Do them whenever possible as the good thing about kegels is that you can do them whenever you feel like it.
    You'll be amazed later on, trust me.

    Yeah I do them pretty regularly. It helps you last longer and I shoot extremely far with those built up muscles.

    I find them invaluable.

    They help you to gain stronger erections, to last longer, and help you control when you ejaculate. They help with ejaculation control because if you clench down strongly when you are close to cumming, it stops you squirting, so you can keep going, after a pause to let the sensations settle down.

    Here is my daily routine: -

    5 sets of 30 quick clenches.
    3 sets of 300 quick clenches.
    5 x Clench and hold, for 1 minute, then rest for one minute.

    My daily routine includes:

    1000 clenches which I hold for 30 seconds each
    500 clenches which I hold for 2 minutes each
    1 clench an hour that I hold for 30 minutes each

    I can now vacuum crumbs from the floor with my asshole. ;)

    I do them and haven't noticed anything positive but I still do them partly because I'm hoping that one day I will in fact notice a change and partly because I hope that maybe I'll at least maintain my current pc muscle and keep it from weakening.
