kegels

You can do kegels with any degree of erection but you'll get the best results by doing them erect.

Remember to set a goal. If your goal is stamina, do some weighted kegels with atowel or other easily changeable weight. If your goal is increased circulation, soft or hard doesn't matter. Soft is simply easier to hide. If your talking about kegels for PE, semi-hard would be a beneficial choice because you can jelq, pump, and there are even stretches you can do semi-erect. Set a goal; develop a plan.

I'm doing them for PE and to increase cumshot distance, so would semi or fully erect be best?

Erect; and for the shooting distance you'll want to do "BC" flexes. Essentially, you make as if you're trying to urinate very hard.

Big Al, I have recently read research on the Kegel issue and it seems that there is an importance of holding that kegel each time for 8 seconds, waiting and then doing again, holding 8 seconds. Three sets of 3 then 3 sets of 4 and etc. until you do three sets of 10 each, holding that kegel 8 seconds, then relax. THEN, when you can do that, multiple fast ones up to 200 quick. THE issue is that it really works that PC muscle when you hold them. Strength comes with this isometric exercise. GS

The typical kegel outlines I've read usually have you on a hold for 5 seconds, while the "super kegel" has you holding for up to 100 reps. There's really an infinite number of ways you can do them- flutter-style, very long but light, etc.

i've been doing the beginners routine for 3 weeks now, how many bc flexes should i start doing?
and what are some exercises i can do to increase base girth besides the backwards jelq? thx

You should do up to 50- 5 second kegels. If you can do that with ease you can experiment with super kegels and towel raises.

You can do multidirection stretching or hanging to build up your base girth too.

I'm 25 and my erections are very erratic. Sometimes super hard - but most of the time I'm too paranoid in a sexual situation about GETTING an erection that I never get a full hard on (it wasn't always like this, 6 years ago I was as normal as could be). Also - when by myself, if I'm goin' at it, and then stop to do whatever for 30+ seconds, it starts to fade, and quick.

I know that kegals are the ultimate answer, but if I start doing them with a hard on the hard on begins to fade and I have to crank back up to get stiff, kegal kegal kegal faaade, crank crank .. you see where this is going. In fact in situations with awkward boners (work etc,) I just do kegals to get it to go away.

Aside from viagra what can I do to prolong my hard ons long enough to actually begin a kegal routine?! I am aware enzyte and other crap pills will give you super hard ons (has worked in the past - paid $5 for the bottle and canceled membership - got SUPER hard ons). I mean my word, do I have ED at 25?

I'm starting a PE routine this weekend because I'm getting married in 7 months and am as average as average could be and want to surprise my bride to be.

PLEASE HELP! I'd die if on my honeymoon I can't get it up because I didn't fix it now! Thanks everyone, and Big Al I've read SO many of your post, you're so helpful, but really thanks everyone in advance!

kegels are not done at full hardon. you need to relax I am almost twice your age and have no problems and I don't worry

I have been told by a few experienced pumpers that I should not do kegels while in the tube...can someone give me a good answer why?
I would have thought that this would increase/circulate blood flow.
