Kegels?

    I have read a lot on Kegels, but I'm still unsure on how many a day I should be doing? Any help would be wonderful.

    And if you use an extender for adding length, will your penis still get completely hard, as it wasn't this length before?

    You should start off easy on a 3 day a week schedule, but you can work up to doing 50- 5 second kegels a day, 5 days a week. There's a complete schedule outlined in the Beginner's Routine.

    Unless you're been overtraining or have injured yourself, your penis should get as hard as it did prior to your extender use. Now, your penis may be exhausted for a bit after your extender workout so give it a little rest before you decide to test things out.
