I watched "Jack the Giant Killer" today and googled "Kerwin Mathews" to see what he's been up to. Growing up, I always enjoyed watching him in "The 7th Voyage of Sinbad" and "The Travels of Gulliver." Extremely handsome man. Sadly, I read where he died earlier this month at the age of 81. Unbeknownst to me; he was gay, and had been with the same partner for over 45 years! I will enjoy repeat watching of his mythical movies even more so now knowing that he was one of the family!
