Still some hot muscles and an insane vpl. Either circumcised or uncut with a big head, I'd say.

But I think, a purpose here in this forum is also talking about what we find hot regarding the personality or looks of people, so on a respectful basis of subjective thoughts like "I personally don't like his ..." (rather than "he should do ...") I personally think this would be fine
Theres a difference between "i dont like" & "he ruined his body", you can only talk for yourself, not for everyone
