Kevin Dean's sudden departure from the industry left a lot of rumors circulating --- including, most notoriously, that he had died of a heroin overdose or had undergone gender reassignment surgery. His friends seem to be keeping quiet about his current location ... which I can understand, as it seems he really has turned to a new chapter in his life and wants it to stay that way. He is generally believed to have returned to his native Canada, although he may still be in the US. I don't know the year of his birth.

As far as I know, no photos from after his porn career have surfaced. However, the information in my post above comes independently from two different columnists who write on the gay porn industry, so I have no reason to doubt it.

That is pretty much the information I have as well. His Wikipedia entry contends he may be working in the southwestern US, but I think that is misinformation and actually relates to a different ex-porn star, Johnny Davenport, who was discussed alongside Kevin Dean in a 2004 report by gay porn columnist J.C. Adams. I think someone confused which information related to which performer.
