Anyone found a brand or a style of casual pants/khakis with a little more room in front. This group has helped me find some jeans along this line, but I need to clothes for work that fit a bit better and don't cut into me.

    Any recommendations?

If you wear pleats, then Dockers Loose fit pleated Khakis with cuffs have worked for me in the past. If you want flat front, I have a pair of Gap Loose Fit Khakis that are okay.

I prefer pants that have give in them, so I wear Docker's Pro Style Pants with pleats. Flat fronts show off way too much.

If you like cords, I recommend Dockers pleated fronts. They have enough extra material in the front to keep the outline of my junk from standing out, but don't make a tent when I sit down.
