My Spies WERE WRONG. I just got in on good authority that Prep and Kimmie got married TODAY (Saturday).

My EastSide Spies tell me that They ran off and got married in Atlantic City after Kimmie beat Prep down over the Bronx issue.

MAN, I am SO HAPPY for them (even if Matthew and I did not get to wear our outfits).

This has TRULY been a soap opera romance.

Kimmie and Mont-Mont will forever go down in the history books as the next great couple:

Lex, your spies confused me with Gonnie. He and Bronxy ran off and eloped.
That make up sex really did him in and he was beside himself and couldn't stand it anymore, so he gave her the ring back and off they went. I understand that Bronxy wants a proper church wedding and reception, so I'm guessing that we'll see another public celebration of nuptials before too long.

Some of the rumors are true. Let me explain. Bronxy and Gonnie eloped all right. They had a hell of a good time to. They have been in counseling. Normally I couldn't tell you these things, but you are on the staff of the Mega Church and we might need your help with the cousneling sessions. There is a problem. In all the excitement of the day ,Bronxy and Gonnie forgot to get a marriage license and have a ceremony So.... another wedding iwill be coming soon here in the Lady of teh Evening Cathedral here at the Mega Church.

The fundie deacons are taking care of it. The deadline is August. They don't like Prepstud playing his organ in church without benefit of marriage. As we all know Prepstud playing his organ has already brought four wonderful children in to this world. Still the deacons clearly want a wedding and soon.

Prepstud's organ is one or the largest in the United States. Several on the site have er..um....cough....expereinced the joys of Prepstud's organ including the Reverend here. Along with Lex and Mat Matt. And it is apparent that you Kimmie enjoy playing Prepstud's organ as well.

We will get it done. We have all those church camps still to deal with. ugh. and then it should be smooth sailing.

Now about your selections for the hymns in the cathedral for Sunday:

These are all lovely adaptations to some well known and beloved hymns, You may have the congregation sing them in the "Our Lady of the Evening Cathedral and in St. Matthew the Homo Chapel, but they won't fly in the Jerry Falldown Fundie Center of Umworship.

Now as for the "situation", I know you are overawed by the groom to be's physical attributes, but I must say that I do care for him mainly for his many other qualities. His generosity of spirit, his intelligence, his virtuosity in performance. It is truly quite breathtaking as is his great ability to commuinicate with the congregation. I think to reduce him to the sum total of his parts ( thought they be impressive) is to demean and underestimate him as a person. As for my enjoyment of his organ playing, those are delights I prefer to partake of in private. Though the results have been quite public, the performances have and shall remain private. THough many think I am being played in this situation and are seeking to foment discord, I remain steadfast ( perhaps foolishly so) Thank you for all of your assistance.

There is also a hymn in the St. Basil hymnal called "Let the Deep Organ Swell the Lay".

I wish I was making these titles up, but they are serious and can be verified should anyone wish to check them out.

I felt the same way too, until Bronxie said yes to elope with me. Freddie is right about us getting caught up in all the hoorah and forgetting our license. Another marriage is at hand, but I think I'm getting cold feet (although, anatomically speaking, below the waist would suggest that I'm quite warm :tongue::biggrin1.
