When I was a kid we had a little saying that went: "sticks and stones will break my bones but names will never hurt me". It seems adults have forgotten this valuable piece of wisdom.

So what would you say about the physical assault on the second video? It's obvious the man dealt with being called a n***** in a professional way, so why you're even trying to apply a Romper Room solution to an adult level problem is beyond me. Because if someone racially slurred you and then proceeded to hit you, I'm sure your "grin and bear it" solution would go completely out the window.

Thank you for your pre-school level wisdom. Let me know once you have graduated from kindergarten.

I don't see why the OP feels the need to display this video and emphasise how broadminded and inclusive he is. Is he concerned that he might be considered a racist if he avoids public displays of affection for black people?

Yeah the woman was out of order. Get over it.

Yeah the woman was out of order. Get over it.

I posted it to continue to help it go viral.
It's payback to this woman and all the others that have treated people like myself just doing our jobs with such disrespect.
This woman deserves to live the rest of her life in shame. She is an embarrassment to the human race.
I wish I had a camera on all the time when I worked customer service. Bitches (men and women) like this exist, and they are such assholes, protected by the law from getting their fucking fat jaws broken into pieces.

Why don't you ask the OP that question and not me?

In 2010, with all this talk about people being "color blind" and being equal, we're supposed to be over this bigoted, racial bullshit. Videos like this prove that we're far from that, just like many have said year after year. Trust me, acting as if you can shrug off images of a person assaulting a minority and calling him a n***** doesn't do anything for your supposed "image" on this board. But it does make you look immensely callous. That much work wonders for all those ladies you're trying to impress.

People have become so sensitive to "racism" that the very term has lost all it's meaning. Countries such as the U.S used to have proper old school racism, like slavery and segregation etc, i.e injustices that were worth fighting against. Now to be considered racist all you have to do is say the wrong word, it's not even in the same league.

I'm certainly against real racism, but as it doesn't exist in the West anymore it's a non-issue.

The OP just wants somebody to hate, and in that sense he's no different to the lady in the youtube vid.

It is when you can get away with whatever you want because you have friends in high places that agree with you. Like this woman, a police academy graduate. Note all the threats she was leveling at the driver.

I'm certainly against real racism, but as it doesn't exist in the West anymore it's a non-issue.
 I guess, if you are talking about the west side of the moon.

I don't want somebody to hate. I already hate people like her , (and you). I hate that people like her have lived their lives in luxury, stomping on whoever they can with impunity because they can because the law makes everyone accept such behavior... especially if it is a woman. Had this man broke her jaw, like she so richly deserved, everybody would be on his case about it.

I hate that these people have ruled the world for centuries, have made life miserable for everyone, and died rich, wealthy, happy, and believing they are good people. That's injustice, and I hate injustice.

Your association to what "counts" as racism is overly simplistic. It ignores a person's intent and context when they speak or engage in an action, which in many ways is the most important thing to pay attention to. Case in point, when comedians such as Lisa Lapanelli, Chris Rock or the late George Carlin joked about minorities and stereotypes, they are also making racist comments. However, everyone laughs and doesn't take offense because we know that it's an exaggerated joke and was not meant to take seriously. That's because the listener has paid attention to the comedian's context and intent.

The two videos posted by the OP are clear instances of racism. The woman repeatedly engaged in derogatory slurs and stereotypes (based on the driver's skin color) as well as a physical assault. By dictionary definition alone, this would classify as a racist attack. Any court of law would view it as such as well. Whether or not this racial incident is on the same level as slavery or segregation in your mind doesn't change that fact.

I'm certainly against real racism, but as it doesn't exist in the West anymore it's a non-issue.

There's no such thing as "fake racism". If what was shown on the videos don't bother you, that's an entirely different discussion altogether.

The OP just wants somebody to hate, and in that sense he's no different to the lady in the youtube vid.

You'll just have to take that up with the OP. I'm not going to even speculate on that.

All that this type of thinking has achieved is a once free language now laden with booby traps. People are often scared to speak their mind incase they get prosectuted for race hate, so we have to tiptoe around picking and choosing our words to avoid accidentally causing offence.

I don't see how these added restrictions help anyone, if I was black I wouldn't be too happy about this either. Nobody likes being treated as a special case.

Yeah, I wish we could just call people nigger thieves like the good old days when America was free. Now it is a PC totalitarian state, run by black welfare bandits and white guilt libruls.

Now I'm not racist, but....

You aren't fooling anyone.

They'd only be scared to speak their mind if they knew beforehand their comments are going to offend. An adult has the ability to script a statement that gets their sentiments across without rustling feathers. Claiming that they can't in "fear" of being called a racist is nothing more than a cop-out for lazy, unintellectual people.

But you're not black so stop trying to think like one.
There are no "restrictions" to speech. Nothing is stopping you from saying whatever you please. At the same time, you can't help what other people are going to think and if you're going to live your life muted because you're worried of how other people might think then you deserve to be silent. All that is required to resolve these problems is for people to THINK BEFORE THEY SPEAK. To engage in verbiage in a tone that isn't offensive to others... To treat everyone (especially strangers) with a notable level of social decorum & respect. That's not hard to do, and I don't have any sympathy for those who can't even adhere to such an obvious philosophy.

And no... being mindful and respectable doesn't mean being "politically correct" either. You don't have to call me an African American, but if you want to use another aggressive word in its place you had better make sure I not only understand your context & intent, but that we also have enough respect for one another for me to believe that you actually mean it.

If she hit me I would have kicked her fucking ass. Period. Woman or not. I don't give a fuck. Where I come from you don't hit anybody unless you're prepared to be hit back. I would've buried my size 13 in her oozing bacteria ridden gash. That lousy c*nt whore.

Natural impulse, but it would have all been on video, right?
Why lose your job over someone like her?

So what is correct? He was answering me, and I'm curious.

There are various types of mail that require the postal carrier to obtain a signature from the recipient as proof of delivery

(USPS - First-Class Mail)

these articles of mail have a card attached to them. Upon delivery the postal carrier will remove the card, have the recipient affix their signature, hand over the article of mail and take the card back to the post office for processing (return via mail to the originator)

the recipient has every right to view the article of mail before signing for it. they may even refuse to sign or accept it if they choose.

it would appear that this woman (crazy bitch) signed for the mail without looking at it and upon realizing it wasn't hers wanted the card with her signature returned to her as she attempted to give the letter back.

i'm not sure what the proper method of handling this situation should have been.

but of one thing I'm sure... that crazy bitch needs to be kicked to the curb.

So I wasn't completely wrong. I made a mistake in saying that someone couldn't view a delivery before signing for it. In retrospect, that doesn't make any sense whatsoever. Damn those Blood Orange Mimosas! But just as you stated, she had signed for it and most likely without looking at it beforehand. At that point, she couldn't return the package to the delivery person and get the card back. She needed to go to the post office to get it resolved.

but of one thing I'm sure... that crazy bitch needs to be kicked to the curb.

She needs more than a kicking, that's for sure.

First of all, had I kicked her fucking ass, which I would have, and it were caught on video, the video would likely have never seen the light of day. However, if the video somehow did see the light of day I would've rested easy knowing I lost my job for a good reason.

That's the problem with people these days. There are no consequences. I guarantee you that after she finished unwedging my shoe from her pussy, she'd reconsider ever pulling that shit again. This one sided assault and battery is for the fucking birds.

And one hopes that the curb is a nice fine distance away.

Tnx for that explanation.
