If you're refering to his shower scene in Songbird, we only saw the upper half of his body from behind and his ass was half hidden. If you're refering to the supposed dick pic, nothing was ever proven. What I'd love to see is a naked picture where we see his entire body. He can even cover his sex with his hands, as long as he's naked and we see his whole body.
