Hey guys

Literally never heard of BL until this week. I downloaded Viki (in UK) and have watched To My Stars 1, New Employee and Mr Heart. I'll be watching a lot more but if there's anybody else in the UK here, where do you watch them?

iQiyi has some BLs available in the UK as well - I'd recommend Blueming or The director who buys me dinner (the guy in my dp is the lead actor in it)

For freebies, you can also go to STRONGBERRY YouTube channel, some of their official works can legally be watched for free there, like the short series "Choco Milkshake" or short movies like "Please Tell Me So" or "A First Love Story" .

I would also recommend:
- The Eighth Sense.

Thanks for that. All of them are on Viki except Bleuming, but that's on iQIYI. The only one I couldn't find (from reading all 12 pages in this thread) was Unintentional Love Story, but I have enough on my watchlist for now.

Did not know there was gonna be a season 2. But am definitely excited to watch this. Hopefully there's a couple that actually stays together after the show.

There's already a silly love triangle by the end of episode 1.

While it would be nice to have couples ending up together, when it comes to reality show, I think it's safer to expect the whole ordeal as a semi-staged entertainment (which is not a bad thing at all). I've been watching videos of YouTubers like Namgyu and Youngjay (particularly Namgyu who is friends with Changmin from the 1st season) and they talk about how some of the scenes are partially scripted for the sake of drama. Most contestants agreed to appear in the show because they just wanted new experience or exposure, I believe some even were in an actual romantic relationship with somebody else at the time of shooting.

2 episodes have been released. Seon Woo seemed to be most popular among the contestants at the moment as most other guys would have a crush on him (although he himself was entangled in a mess, because Seon Woo liked this one guy, who happened to like another guy, who actually had a crush on Seon Woo ). Almost everybody got mixed signals it was entertaining to watch so far.

I already subscribed to both their channels years ago. What reality show isn't partially scripted lol. A little wishful thinking

Wow thank you for this. I think it's super hard to be a contestant in that show because the distractions are everywhere. I mean, how will you be able to hold on to your heart when everybody are definitely boyfriend material for real.

I also haven't followed much since I just had a short holiday week with my family . The last Korean BL that I did watch was "Love Tractor" and I still need to finish the last 2 episodes, but I'm stalling a bit and I'm currently more invested in a Japanese BL titled "Tokyo in April is..", and also "His Man Season 2", it just has more drama and entertainment that I need .

But regarding K BLs in July, we only know that "Jun and Jun" is coming by the end of the month. I'm not sure if "Love Class Season 2" is also coming, but based on the teaser trailer it has a different cast with an unrelated story (there are 3 couples too), while I'm excited, I'm also disappointed, since I liked the main couple from the 1st season who were nowhere to be seen in the trailer .

Main leads are now played by J-Min (idol-rapper, member of BAE173) and Lee Kwanghee (model & rookie actor).

I haven't even tried watching "The End of the World with You", maybe because there are too many BLs with almost-Apocalypse setting that have been released and I tried avoiding a similar theme atm. Now hearing your take on it makes me even less wanting to watch it, lol.

"Tokyo in April is.." seems unique so far. It's currently still in the 3rd episode, but the story direction is taking quite interesting a different approach compared to mainstream BL by the 2nd episode already. Can't promise it will be good until the end, but I do think it's worth a peek if you have the time.
