why are kpop idols so resistant to showing nipples/being shirtless? Like I used to think they were just shy about their bodies, but I'm coming to realize that the companies themselves restrict their male idols from even showing upper body skin. It's so weird, and I feel like it only adds to the infantilizing/baby fetish of these grown men. I remember Yeonjun accidentally flashed a nipple on live and then begged people not to spread any screenshots of it. He is clearly comfortable with showing his body so I think he was just nervous about his manager getting mad at him or something.
