Evidence of this is in his 80&#39;s movies such as Big Trouble in Little China or Tango & Cash. I&#39;m not so sure about Silkwood, since there&#39;s only a few shots of him total.

But in recent yrs, he made Soldier, and he really worked at pumping himself up.

Oh yeah, and Stargate wasn&#39;t that bad either.

Umm... Stargate was a HORRIBLE movie&#33; The great Stargate SG-1 spinoff show on SciFi makes it look like a cheap 50&#39;s B-movie, despite the fact that every alien planet looks like the forest preserve outside of Vancouver, BC.

Umm, you really aren&#39;t that serious, are you there, phil? STARGATE was an exceptional movie, with great special effects and cast. Including at the end with the shockwave explosion.

But, what i meant by it being good was Kurt Russell was in good shape then.
