I have family in Florida. It's not bad as here I live (in California) but the housing market has gotten worse than it used to be. Can't just say "it's florida, things are much cheaper there but man is it hot" like we used toas it's on it's way to being almost comparable now.

I respect that. He also started living with them in 2019 before he started daily vlogging and left Disney to pursue YouTube full time so it had to be a safe bet at the time and with the pandemic it probably helped cushion that blow so we have to take that into consideration! Either way he’s hot and I hope the guy goes far he’s a people person and someone said he definitely using his marketing degree for good!

Just caught the tail end of his livestream from the Meraviglia - noticed a few comments that he wasn’t ‘himself’ which could definitely be felt… There were a couple huge superchats and it seemed so forced - the wowing, the thank yous (at one point he was just reading the chat of everyone else thanking and commenting).
