So Ive been perusing this thread, and decided to give some of these supplements a try. I picked up a good multi, l- arginine, and ashwagandha. A couple hours after taking the ashwagandha, i noticed some undesirable side effects, including drowsiness, irritability, and what I felt like was a decrease in libido. If there is anyone else with allergies, I compare it to how I feel when I take benadryl. Has anyone else had this experience?
