L-Arginine, as a supplement, will convert to Nitric Oxide which will cause blood vessels to relax and may improve blood flow so you might experience harder erections. However, it will not have any effect on the amount of semen or precum that you produce.

I use it as part of my weight lifting routine, as I experience a better pump.

If you have ever had herpes in the past, DO NOT TAKE L-ARGININE as it will cause a flare-up. You may also want to avoid it if you are taking any blood pressure medications as L-Arginine can lower your blood pressure.

I take L-Arginine/L-Citrulline along with BP meds AND doctor knows. He has said to keep it up along with my other supps. My BP is in the normal range with walking. I plan to resume working with weights and an absolute machine.

When I take L-arginine I get bloating, which is weird because I have an iron constitution, and this is a known side effect. But the human body easily converts L-citrulline into L-arginine and that has been working well for me.

Citrulline is a precursor of arginine and can increase arginine levels more effectively than taking arginine itself. I have never had erectile dysfunction but I find I get an erection much more easily with it (to the point that I have to be more careful in certain circumstances ;)). If you have blood pressure issues I recommend starting at a low dosage and monitoring your reactions.

I started taking L-arginine about six days ago. My dick still doesn't immediately jump to attention when a breeze passes by, but it is becoming super-sensitive to touch in a most pleasurable way. I would like to share my experiences after taking an L-arginine+citrulline supplement for 5 days now:

The recommended daily dose is 3426 mg (3 x 2 pills). In order to slowly get my body used to L-arginine, I only took half the recommended daily dose, i.e. 1713mg (3 x 1 pill) for the first three days.

On the first evening of taking it, I noticed that my penis was plumper and my testicles were hanging lower. Overall, my package looked more voluminous. The testicles hang relaxed and lower. On the second day the veins of the penis became more visible (I took photos of every day and i noticed that in particular). I also had multiple semi-erections on the second day. On the morning of the third day i woke up and was very excited. I literally woke up from the erection. Later in the morning I was still very horny and had sex with my partner. The orgasm was great and a huge relief. The load was thick, creamy, white and a lot (5-6 pumps).

I couldn't really tell that the erection was harder than usual. I don't really have a problem with having an erections. I just want my penis to get harder and the erection to last longer. Since my penis is relatively large (above erect penis is 5.16 in, mine is around 7in), it seems to be difficult for me to be really hard for a long time. Most of the time, when I'm not extremely excited, my penis is erect, but a bit wobbly. This is the main reason I take L-arginine. I want my erections to get stronger, my penis to be really hard and that strong erection to last for a longer time.

In the night from the third to the fourth day i woke up several times due to an erection.

On the fourth day I increased the dose to 2/3 of the recommended daily dose (2280mg arginine + citrulline). After increasing the dose and taking two pills in the morning instead of one pill, I felt a little dizzy for a few hours. But then that went away again.

On the fifth day I was very horny in the morning. My penis was very plump, erect, and meaty. My testicles are very plump and large. I couldn't hold back and had sex with my partner. we both delayed each other's orgasm for a long time. I had a lot of precum and I could literally squeeze it out. When we finally let each have an orgasm I shot out a huge load, several pumps of thick, creamy, white cum. A very big load for ejaculating two days earlier. The orgasm was so intense and long. really extraordinary.

In general, when my penis is flaccid, it looks bigger, plumper, the veins protrude clearly and the testicles hang down plump and relaxed. I really notice a difference here. Without taking L-Arginine I already have relatively large, plump, present testicles, but after five days of taking L-Arginine I see a positive effect on the presence of my testicles and penis.

I've been taking it in combination with Maca. I'm 32 years old, and both have seemingly increased my erection quality/frequency. I'd stopped getting regular morning erections prior to the regimen, in which I also include Zinc. Now I'm back to daily hardons once I wake up.

I take it along with citrulline for exercise purposes and it definitely does increase blood flow to my penis and it helps to make my erections rock hard, when I wake up in the morning I'm as stiff as a steel pipe. It definitely helps to increase ejaculate output as well.

Unfortunately i have not yet been able to detect any increase in precum production.
When i'm very excited I generally produce quite a lot of precum. I would like to increase it, however ... just as some here describe that they have wet precum stains in their underwear or that even precum threads flow out of their penis.
Therefore I started taking 200mg celery seed extract daily. However, I think that the dosage is too low and will increase to 400mg from now on.

I take Maca because it is supposed to have a balancing effect on the hormonal system. It also helps against a lack of sexual arousal and erectile dysfunction. Not that I am really affected by these problems, but I wanted to increase my general sexual desire and just get longer lasting and harder erections. I've been taking black Maca for about 2 weeks now and I can already tell that I'm more aroused and generally feel better. It contributes to the general well-being. You feel more positive, more alert, more balanced and therefore more often in the mood for sexual interaction. I can only recommend black Maca.
