Do u guys get bigger with the pump im goin to buy me one wich would u recomend, im 6" lenght and 5" girth i would like to achive at least 7" and 6" if is possible.

a gain of an inch in each dimension is realistic, it takes time, patience and sticking to a routine. which was a problem for me, and I quit for some time. I was about 6.25 x 5.4 when I started PE. initially, I gained about .75" in both LxG. currently, I'm 7.6 x 6.8. I went on the visualizer site, and put in my old stats and new stats. my old volume was 222 cm(squared) my current volume is 414 cm(squared), I have almost doubled my volume.

Where did you get the mushroom head tube? The ones I've seen have a very short shaft, and didn't offer various diameters. I pack Vacu-Tech's biggest elliptical cylinder very quickly. So I guess a smaller diameter shaft and large head chamber?

If you don't fully pack the shaft portion of the tube, vacuum will act on all exposed skin, and the shaft will enlarge along with the head. If only head growth is desired, get a tube where the shaft barely fits when erect, and the head just peaks out into the larger chamber. And go easy until you learn your time and pressure limits....blistering the glans is easy......and exceedingly painful.....

It would reduce the friction with the tube. When i started i was using just a little of lub and i got some pain too, this i why i'm telling you to try more lub.

And 5hg at max is very good to start so don't worry.

I coat my cylinder with coconut oil before pumping

Me and the owner of thickwall cylinders email occasionally about cylinders, I asked him to custom make it for me its an 8 x 2.25 into a 2 x 3 inch head.
I think he has a custom option bit on the site or you could drop him an email and see if he will make a custom one to him

I got mine sizes so my shaft 8 inches is in that part and the head the other inch is in the second part, I can't pump to the max though cus some shaft can come through
