Lack of morning wood, Should i worry?

So i'm almost 23 years old, which in terms of sexual health is pretty prime.
Thing is, i rarely get morning wood anymore. I used to get it most days in my puberty days. Now i usually only get em 1 or 2 times a week.
And i very rarely get random boners throughout my day, like we all do in our teens.
My erections are healthy as can be, no sign of going soft, and i can masturbate for many times a day just fine.
So am i lacking morning wood and random erections because i always get my release?
Or should i worry about getting erectile problems in the future? since most agree that morning wood is due to a healthy penis.

Healthy penis and overall healthy means, optimal psychological and physical function.

To achieve this you have to check your health ''blood exams - cardiac tests etc, your diet, your fitness activities ''exercises - cardiovascular and anaerobic, type of work etc'', your mental and psychological status, they have to be all optimal or at least on a acceptable level.

Auxiliary, there are things you can do to boost your penis potentials, like PE, supplements etc.
Kegels can help you to restore you morning wood if the problem isn't something from the stuff I wrote in the first paragraph.

And like the other member said this isn't something you have to worry about to much.

Definitely slow down on masturbating at least a couple of hours before bed or even a day or two to see what will happen. Odds are you wake up rock hard and may have one boner throughout the day. For now bro relax. You are a heallthy normal 23 year old.
Just give your penis a break and the sun wont be the only thing up and saluting you in the boner.
