If you are not into then it will never work. The HERBS that he wants you to take will not hurt you at all and will have no effect if there is no nipple stimulation.

You 99% right. You do not have to take the med's or herbs. If you really work at it you can bring in your milk in 3 weeks. You have to be into it, that is RIGHT. A woman will get a lil tender, but that will pass. Fenugreek is from the fennal plant. It is not a drug and can be picked up at most drug stores. Its also used from commen stomic aches so no one will know what she is using it for. In combination with Milk thistel she could (if she wanted to, bring her milk in, in about 3 wks) In a wks time she will have fuller tighter boobs. Mr. UK, She does NOT have to be able to have a baby to give milk. All she has to do is have you really suckle on her breast for about 20-30 min's 5 or 6 times a day. I w as able to bring my milk back in, in less then 2 week's but I really worked at it.

If you are into it and he is not you can just work your own breast. You can take Fenugreek to increase production. It is NOT a drug. It is from the fennel plant. It does NOT mess you your horomones. I feel better when I am producing a lil milk. I am 47 and have brought my milk back in 3 time's now. It sometimes brings on my peroid and I need that now that I don't have one.
