Agreed - only one prerequisite - that he has the personality to pull it off. It must feel like a natural response from him - the least hint that it's fake or just for the sake of it and I'm more likely to be turned off than anything else.

As far as dirty talk goes it has to depend upon the guy and if it fits his personality.
