Dom: ok im 7 x 6.5 and wel i have a skin discolortation on my dick about the size of half a penny with a birthmark next to it...should this cause me any problems?
It could be just a large freckle. Or it could be a malanoma. Go to a urologist; don't take chances with your dick. Ask an expert rather than us 'lay'
