If what i've read about the average guy being between 5.5 to 6.5 inches in length (www.the-penis-website.com) is correct then i'd say yes you are hung. However there are alot of varying opinion's as to what some people consider hung and not hung. If your really accurate in your measurements then i'd say your bigger than most guys.

I measured on top not on the side which sort of makes me 9" - I dont want to kid myself.
