As for the profile and pics, yeah, for all the trouble it's been worth for the identity theft and harassment for others, I think it prudent not to fight that battle. I'll gladly accept your cynicism over the potential negative issues for not having it on display.
As for your competitive body builder trainer, I only went to this high school:
Spruce Creek High School - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
"The Spruce Creek boys' weightlifting ream has won 23 Florida State Weightlifting Championships, and has 79 individual Florida State Weightlifting Champions. They also hold the record for the longest streak of consecutive championships at 11, from 1994 to 2004. Since their streak ended, Creek has added another title in 2006, and came in 3rd place in 2007. Six Creek lifters also hold individual state records in their respected weight classes."
Been there done that for body building for bulking up & mass in my youth (46" chest 34-35" waist depending upon my fattest time of the year), never was going to win prizes or titles, but did it for my own health. Next time you see your bodybuilder trainer, ask him if 29's a good age to start exercising ? I mean it beats never starting. But male athletes are in their prime @ around 28 years old. Besides take a good look at Arnold Schwarzenegger, didn't he have open heart surgery for all that weightlifting and steroid abuse, he even subjected himself to that with a known heart condition ? You want longevity look at the people that are fit and live forever, they aren't competitive bodybuilders that's for certain. Sooner or later that mass works against you in your older age. I've always been more a self study on weight training myself, it's not that difficult a concept to grasp, the push-pull alternating days of exercises, cardio and diet. It's not like it's rocket science, more hard work pays off and conditioning. It's not the size of your muscles, it's the quality of the muscle & conditioning. Eat proteins and get the vitamins in your system and that'll be there for the body to consume for growth. Counting calories and making sure you have enough to get that size and weight:

Back in the day you had to read a book to get this kind of information, but the knowledge was out there for research.
