ladies, whats your criteria for deciding someone's a fb vs a ltr?

What makes you decide whether a guy is potential long term relationship material, or just a fuck buddy. Can the roles reverse? IE someone who was once an LTR turn into a fb, and vice versa?

What makes you decide whether a guy is potential long term relationship material, or just a fuck buddy.

Theoretically, I'd know we were heading towards an LTR when I felt a serious emotional commitment and believed it was reciprocated.

In reality, this has only had a chance to happen in one of three LTRs. The other two happened too quickly to think about anything.

I only ever had one ex (LTR) want to remain friends let alone more. I did screw one of my other exes a fair few years after breaking up but he fell right back in love with me and I had to end it fast.

I think it would be POSSIBLE for a FB to become a LTR, but not terribly likely. After all, what was stopping you from going LTR before that?
