The first time I ever had one - a Dutch guy with a penchant for exotic types like me and who was determined to sleep his way through most of NYC... I found that out too late -

- ironically the only other chap who was decidedly gifted with a lovely bulge was also Dutch...

Neither really gave a damn about me whatsoever and as a result the sex was nothing to shout about...
