Trans guys where packers to help with their dysphoria most of the time. Bottom growth from t will usually help with that too but not always hence the packer. Also his modeling is usually masculine so having the bulge helps with the image as not every person who sees his pics will know he's trans automatically.

There are more than one way to perform a mastectomy. Sometimes, a doctor may make incisions around the nipple and areola then extract the breast tissue through the incisions. They close the incisions then replace and reconstruct the nipples and areolas. Once the incisions heal and the swelling goes down, it looks much more natural.
