Very strong ejaculations are usually a sign of well trained PC muscles (the muscle that also stops urination mid flow), not neccessarily linked to penis size. However, the fact that you can feel the impacts might well be due to the extra length, it's possible that they are hitting a sensitive spot deep inside with more force because it is closer.

I'm not aware of any correlation. All things being equal, you would actually expect a well-endowed man to ejaculate LESS forcefully as the semen needs to overcome more inches of friction and resistance to exit the penis.
