ive tried allsorts of creams on my foreskin but it stays really tight when im erect! its fine when im flaccid, its hangs down around half an inch off the end and pulls back fine but when erect its alot narrower at the tip than the width of my glans so my foreskin streches to the length of my erection.

My guess is your probably already at your final stage for growth.....maybe a hair more but not a inch or anything....better have your doctor evaluate it!
