Well I finaly registered after browsing through the forums for a few days. I have a quick question. One of my balls is much bigger than my other one. Roughly 2.5 wide by 4 long/tall. Compared to my other testicle which is about 1 x 1.5 I have had a doctor look at it (last year) and he said there is nothing wrong with it, its just large. So its not cancer or anything that I need to worry about its just the big. It bugs me though just being there. I get a noticable bulge if I wear any type of semi-tight pants. Its feels wierd and it gets wierd reactions form girls. It also makes my penis look small, and we all know thats never good. The doctor I talked to about it said that it could be removed in a quick surgery but at the time I said no. Now I am starting to consider it. I am not sure what to do in this case because its surgery down there and that would suck...but it would be nice to not have to worry about a huge testicle. Looking for some opinions and thoughts on this.

You didn't mention your age or how long it's been this way, so it's a bit difficult to advise. I assume that you're young, because you're concerned about "weird reactions from girls." Perhaps you should go to a different doctor and get a second opinion. Make sure that he's a urologist. Ask his thoughts on removal. Have him to make sure that your other one is perfectly healthy first. If you decide to go that route, your other one should typically increase its testosterone production to whatever is normal for you. Of course, one would keep you fertile, but you'd be without a back-up. You'd probably want to get a normal-sized prosthesis (fake one) inserted in place of the removed one, otherwise you'll get "weird reactions from girls" for having just one. You'd always have to explain that you had the other one removed because it was four inches, and that would still get "weird reactions from girls."

Another possibility: Ask the doc about partial orchiectomy, which is surgical removal of part of a testicle. This is sometimes done to preserve fertility when cancer recurs in the one remaining testicle after the first has been lost to cancer.

Crap stupid me. I am 19 almost 20. Its been like that since I was about 15-16. If I had it removed I would get a prosthetic one in its place. I am pretty sure one could produce the required testosterone and stuff, my dad was born with only one and I am here so... As for the other on being healthy I need to have a doctor look at that because even at 19 I am unable to ejaculate more than a very small (1-2 drops) of precum. I will set up an appointment this weekend I think. Thanks

Realize that the amount of precum guys make is highly variable, and has almost nothing to do with the testicles. Some guys make tons, others make nearly none (like myself). Ejaculate volume also varies widely, but there's a large zone of normal within that range.

All that said, maybe heading to the doctor would be a good idea, if only to make you feel better and get confirmation that you are probably, in fact, quite normal.

Keep us posted, man.

No I mean the 1-2 drops of precum is all that I get. No ejaculate at all.

Work with it. Make it an asset. As a fellow big-balled dude, it ain't a bad thing!

and it gets wierd reactions form girls.
Well, if they're fairly young, it's because they are inexperienced and ignorant. No two men look alike, are hung alike....or are balled alike. Thank God.

It also makes my penis look small, and we all know thats never good.
That's all in your head. You will come to terms and understanding of your gifts.

The doctor I talked to about it said that it could be removed in a quick surgery but at the time I said no.
Thank the sex Gods!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT remove something that works, that you were built with. The Dr. you talked to is highly questionable, at the minimum. NO ethical doctor would recommend the removal of a healthy testicle...unless maybe it's dragging the ground.

Now I am starting to consider it.
NO NO NO You are unique......................and so are your balls. Who gives a fuck! All men's balls are two different sizes, yours just more so. Cool.

I am not sure what to do in this case
Stop worrying! Your self worth certainly isn't based on the size of ONE OF YOUR BALLS !!!

All is ok. You are good, healthy and perfectly normal.

Assuming that you become fully stimulated to orgasm, but that you don't ejaculate any semen, you definitely need to go to a urologist. There's more wrong than just a large testicle. Only a small portion of the ejaculate comes from the testicles--only the sperm cells themselves. The vast majority of the ejacualte comes from the prostate and the seminal vesicles. Precum comes from the Cowper's glands. You could have retrograde ejaculation, in which the semen goes backwards into the bladder and gets mixed with the urine. I hesitate to speculate further as to the cause of your non-ejaculation. The doc should be able to figure it out.

Please do keep us posted.

I agree with mavedick. You need to get yourself to a urologist asap.

It will have nothing to do with your testicle size, surely, as you have already had them examined and pronounced normal. And in your position the last thing you need is to risk taking one ball away.

For what it's worth, mine are both the size of your larger one, maybe a little bigger, and aside from needing to give them some support etc., it has been fine for me, and although I have been carefully examined plenty of times no doc (specialist or non-specialist) has ever found any problem with them.

Good luck and keep us posted.

I think both my balls have got bigger. I get chapped between my leggs and nut sack. I use Gold Bond but it doesn't seem to always work. Anyone have a suggestion?
Thanks!
