I'm not sure whether herbs can make you bigger or not.
I'm sure though, that they can help you atain your maximum potential, and maximum hardness. They can definitely make you hornier, have more frequent erections - which can be good for the health of your penis.
Try some out. See what you think. Just remember it is important to "cycle off" of these herbs. For example, three weeks on, and two weeks off, or something like that. This is true too to the way you would use similar herbs blends and supplements when you train for muscle gain.
Above all though, first, start excercising, and get in 10 fruits/vegetables a day. Cut out, meat, sugar, refined grains, jug oils, transfats, fast foods and other junk food from your diet. If you smoke - stop. If you drink, keep it two one glass of red wine, or dark beer per day. Go to sleep at night and try to get 8 hours in. You'll look better, and feel more confident, and that is the easiest way to get better hardons. More than this though, you will greatly increase circulation, which naturally has its efffect on your little buddy. You'll probably notice it "hanging better" soft right away. Try it out.
I find that my dick is fuller , I guess you could say, hard when I am taking care of myself.

You can get Enzyte, which seems to be the most popular and mainstream, or extenze, or a variety of other stuff online or at health food stores.
Basically these blends are made for convenience sake for you, and marketablity for the manufacturer. What they contain though is typically traditional aprodisiacs, tonics, circulation strengheners, and muscle gain supplements. You can buy these things seperately though if you like, once you have tried out a blend and found out what you like, and take them in a combination you like. Blends are a safe bet, but are more expensive.
L -Argenine - Amino acid, used by athletes, thought to increas oxegen to cells, aid in protein metabolism, side effects: makes you come like a gysor and stops farting. <---your best bet.
Yohimbe - Bark of an African tree. Makes you horny. Famous "black supplement" DO NOT use to much of this.
Tribulus terrestrius - weed from Bulgaria. General male tonic.
Macca - Central American aphrodisiac root.
Saw Palmetto: regulates testosterone. treats benign prostate enlargment, thought to help with male pattern baldness. general male tonic
Horny Goat weed - yes it's really called that. Makes you horny, increases circulation especially to the head of your penis.
Zinc - antioxidant mineral. Important supplement for all men. Found abundantly in traditional aprodisiac foods like oysters.
Niacin - essential nutrient. Tonic for the circulation. Don't over do it. You will get the "niacin flush"
Tongat Ali - traditional aphrodisiac from Indonesia. Means Ali's "walking stick"
Avena Sativa - wild oats - seriously.
Pine bark extract or grape seed extract - strenghthens cappilaries <--used in treating heart problems and older men with ED

Some blends are going to have other stuff in them like Muira Puma, orchid bulb extract, or the extract of animal testicles. I'm not as familiar with these and would not recommend them as highly. These are also harder to find seperately. You can find testiclular extract in the mexican vitamin section at walmart in a yellow box with a bull on it....that is if it is something you actually want to take.
I haven't tried these myself, for the purpose you are thinking of.
I have used L-Argenine though when I was trying to bulk up last year (but I'm still a skinny dork) I was drinking loads of egg protein - it didn't make me fart, and no kidding, I one time filled a 1/3 cup measuring cup with Matt juice.
(I typically shoot a few tablespoons, which is a lot I understand. On L- Argenine I was kind of freaked out, because sometimes, as mentioned above, it was double) My dick did seem bigger, but I'm not sure it was something you could measure, and I'm not sure if it was the supplement that did it.
I take niacin, zinc, and saw palmetto in my multi, as well as ginko biloba every day
