Largest girth.

Hey my length is around 6.75 which I'm nt sure is log but what concerns me is my girth.

Normally I'm atleast 2 inches wide but one time I took this pill ,I swear I measured and grew to 4 . With Pi that's atleast 12 inches in circumference. Is that possible? Or was I measuring wrong.
