Amen. He blazed many, many trails. He was the image of empowered gay men fighting the indifference and bigotry in the midst of the Aids epidemic. The organization he founded then lives today as one of the largest service providers for people with HIV/AIDS. His fire and passion was at times the only light in our darkest hours.
