Do you mean that someone else is using them as there own or that pictures of his privates are someone other than his website? I only ask because it is possible that those "private" picture used to be public, until he joined the camera crew of a major motion picture that has just been released. Or do you know something, because I didn't see anything in the two interviews I ran across or his myspace page.
IanTheTall, I meant that some of the pictures of him (i.e. the ones where his cock is showing) on the internet were meant to be private and were never on flickr, but someone close to him "accidentally" leaked them. It's my understanding that's why his photos have been deleted from a lot of sites, like the fmf forums.
I don't know the guy...I might well be wrong. I just think having your pictures scammed and posted all over the internet sucks donkey balls. It happens all the time and you never hear of it, but when you're that talented, handsome and naked it'll get spread a lot farther.

Ian, he has a huge number of photos of himself available on his Flickr photostream. He also has a number of photos which are only visible to people marked as "Friends" or "Family". These are his "private" images, which aren't freely available to anyone who visits his Flickr photostream.
Someone took many of his "private" photos and copied them to that Celeb Archive site.
I highly doubt they had any permission to take and re-use his photos and are actually violating the license under which they are provided:
