It means going until you feel the urge to cum, then stop.

I would say test some stuff out. Cum before hand, but make sure you can still get hard. Or try something so you can get hard again after quickly.

This works for me. If I feel I'm close I focus on something other than what I'm doing. Something totally unrelated to sex. If you can control your mind you should last a lot longer.
