My girlfriend has lived with me for about a month now, and i've noticed that the time it takes for me to cum has gotten significantly shorter over time. Before she moved in, i could go for 20-30 minutes-ish before having to blow, but it's gone down to maybe 10 minutes before the cum-feeling. We have sex at least every other day.

She normally rides on top of me to cum, and she cums in a pretty short time doing that when i stay really hard. The problem is that i sometimes i need to cum before her and i say to stop before i cum inside. (We haven't used condoms lately because she says it hurts with them on)

Any thoughts?

Small dose anti-depressants will actually cause you to take much longer to cum. While it can also make it REALLY difficult or even prevent orgasms, it actually is an effective treatment for "premature ejaculation" type issues.
Most anti-depressive med's have this side effect.
However it's not a treatment for premature ejaculation.
Those med's are very addictive, and have many other side effects.
What you don't tell is that it can kill also your libido, or that in some cases you don't get an hardon. Then you 're even further from home...

Without more details, I wonder if it could be any of the following:

1. You are masturbating less frequently since your gf moved in.
2. You are having sex more often, causing your libido to kick into a higher gear.
3. You are both learning each others' "hot spots".
3. Now that you aren't using condoms, your penis is more sensitive during sex.
4. You have stopped or changed use of a medication or drug.
5. Something has changed in your diet or fitness level.
6. You are falling in love/becoming bonded. New love stimulates your pleasure centers.
7. You are developing a fetish for rapid/premature ejaculation. (Though, you have to consistently cum in less than 2 minutes to be considered a rapid ejaculator.)

BTW: It sounds like you and your girlfriend are enjoying sex together. I wouldn't worry about your more rapid urge to cum with her. I'm sure it's a nice boost to her ego that she arouses your desire that much.

You've found the magic formula !
Combined with the chemistry between you the brain (don't forget) is the biggest sexual organ and the most powerful. So perhaps combined with anticipation you're half way there before you even touch.?

I think it's an issue of familiarity. Just as it was with your own hand you've developed a sensitivity to her body. Before you started having sex you were using to your own hand to get yourself off and therefore it took some time to become accustom to her pussy and her getting you off. Now however you've gotten use to her and you can climax just as quickly as was once the case with your hand. You're also probably cutting to the chase a lot quicker and don't feel the need for all the foreplay you once did when courting her and trying to impress her with you lovemaking skills. You should get back to taking your time with foreplay and breaking up your own pleasure by pleasuring her in different ways. I've read they do that stop and go type of therapy with males/couples experiencing premature ejaculation.
