To me, underwear ads that purposefully hide ny details of the male anatomy they are meant to support are a turn off to the product.
I don't want to buy underwear that will make me look like GI-JOE doll devoid of any shape. I don't want to buy underwear that has padding to hide the shape of my penis. (which is what the armani underwear is made to look like.)
I'd rather see an unknown model who is not affraid to have his dick's shape visible in the advertising than some superstar with a generic airbrushed no-detail "hump" where male sexual organs are normally located.
